Unfortunately, I have met some myself. Most trainers become trainers because they have a love and passion for fitness and want to help others look and feel their best, as well as take care of their body’s so they can live a long healthy life. Most. Then there are a few that well are in love with themselves and doing it for the wrong reasons. They like to put others down and make them feel inferior. Don’t let them.
This trainer that was rude to you will be rude to others and most likey not have a job or a gym for very long, people don’t like rude and arrogant attitudes. But the way this person acted says everything about them and nothing about you. And the fact that your still trying but that your not going to settle for less than best behavior should give you confidence right there.
At this point I feel you have to go elsewhere because if you don’t you will let all that rudeness win. Whatever was said I think you should let it go in one ear and out the other and start a new fitness journey for you to be happy and healthy. You will find a kind gym most are. Most trainers are kind so please don’t give up because this particular person was not. I’m sure he won’t be doing it much longer. Haha
